Water / Sewer Billing

Water/Sewer Billing is responsible for monthly billing and collections for the City's more than 2,000 utility customers. The city provides water, and sanitary sewer services. Meters are read in the middle of each month. Bills are then printed and mailed so that they are received by the 1st of the following month. If you have problems with billing or service for any of these utilities, please contact us.

If reporting a water or sewer emergency after 5 PM, please call the Municipal Center at 440-286-2600 (Option 1).

How Can I Pay my Bill?

Customers can pay their bill in one of four ways:

  1. Through our online utility payment portal.
  2. By enrolling in automatic bill pay from your checking or savings account .
  3. By mailing or delivering a check; or
  4. By paying in person at City Hall at the Utilities window. This option accepts cash, check, or credit cards.
