Facilities

1 week rental: $2,000 + $1,000 refundable deposit due at the time of booking. 

2 week rental: $4,000 + $2,000 refundable deposit due at the time of booking.

1 month rental: $6,000 + $3,000 refundable deposit due at the time of booking.

*No one day rentals.

*A $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance Policy listing the City of Chardon as additionally insured is due at the time of booking.

*Renter must sign a lease agreement. Lease agreement, insurance, fee and deposit are all due at the time of booking. 

*Beer or wine is permitted to be sold, but must have an alcohol license. No hard liquor is permitted. 

*Renter  will be permitted to sell concession items. (Will need to bring their own items and way to store items.) A food license from the Geauga County Health Department is required. 

*No holds over the phone.
